BRCM01C (RDC-MD, AC/DC RCM, 12V)
BRCM01C (RDC-MD, AC/DC RCM, 12V)
BRCM01C can be seen as either a residual direct current monitoring device (RDC-MD) compliant to IEC 62955 or an AC/DC RCM compliant to IEC 60947-2-(M) and IEC 62955 because the device has separate Pins for solely DC trip output and AC&DC trip output.
With A built-in Mosfet of maximum switching current of 500mA, BRCM01C can be directly coupled to a relay or contactor in EV chargers. In addition to the 12V version, a particular version of 5V products can be provided.
Product Highlights

High compatibility
12V DC interface facilitating compatible integration for EV charger manufacturers in Europe

Flexible integration
Two fault signal pins for solely DC 6mA and Type-A 30mA +DC 6mA alarming

Large apertures
A compact design with a 17mm through-hole for charging cable up to 3P+N 32Arsion module is specifically designed, so as to help RDC-MD achieve a high-level EMC performance

Improved performance
Fast response time and high level of immunity against nuisance tripping with a "hook" structure to fasten the cable connecting to the DC RCM, so as to mitigate the risk of loosened conditions

Cost saving
Cost-effective solution of the built-in residual current device for AC EV charger
